📦 Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your Packed & Proud gear! Since many of our items are made to order and personalized just for you, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or the design is incorrect.

If your item arrives with a printing issue (like being off-centered, smeared, or flawed), or if we sent the wrong design, we’re happy to replace it—no refunds, just a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for errors in personalized info (names, numbers, etc.) that were provided incorrectly by the customer.

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a replacement.

  • To qualify for a return or replacement, your item must be:

    • Unworn and unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If something’s not right—damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered—email us right away at packedandproud@gmail.com so we can make it right.

 

🔁 Replacements

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement has been approved. If approved, we’ll begin processing your replacement and send you a confirmation once it’s on the way.

Please allow a few business days for processing and shipping.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your replacement was approved and you haven’t received an update, please contact us at packedandproud@gmail.com.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
